- July, 2010 – Currently designing a 6000SF home near Pittsburgh, PA. It is a country home on a large 20 acre site in a rustic, but elegant Tuscany style.
- June, 2010 – Currently designing a 6500SF waterfront home in Ft Lauderdale, FL. It is a two-story home in a ‘modernized’ Spanish style.
- March, 2010 – The latest project is a 22,000SF Mansion in Miami.

The home features 2 Master Suites with fireplaces in the suite & master baths, 4 VIP Suites, Home Theater, Two-story Library, separate his & her’s offices, six-car garage.
The house sits on 2 + acres with a view across the property to the stables & paddocks
The home features many luxury amenities including an upper level fountain that creates a waterfall down to the pool.
You walk thru the waterfall to enter the concealed grotto that looks out over the property.
Across from the pool is a large octagonal covered Gazebo for relaxing . . .
